Development works are also ongoing at Alson's Las Terrazas, a world-class ridge development, which caters to the high-end market. Launched in 1999, this 60-hectare real estate development project is envisioned to be a triple A residential subdivision.
Although development works are still going on at Las Terraza's Phase 2, construction of residential buildings never stopped at Phase 1 and 3 of the subdivision, an indication that real estate buyers continue to come in. The subdivision's Phase 2 is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2007.
Las Terrazas is strategically located along Ma-a Road and Shrine Hills with its main access along Philippine-Japan Friendship Highway.

Ladislawa Garden Village
The flagship development of Aldevinco is the 62-hectare Ladislawa Garden Village (LGV). It was aptly named after the family matriarch, Mrs. Ladislawa I. Alcantara, who is well known in the community for her love for flowers and plants. This first-class development saw its maiden opening in 1974, and was re-launched in 1991.
It boasted of being the only themed residential subdivision in Davao City at that time, enclosed in concrete perimeter fence.
Aside from the generous 2.2-hectare open area that features country club facilities, LGV is a subdivision that offers its owners a lifestyle known to a few -- beauty, security and exclusivity. To date, 100 percent of its lots are sold.
Ladislawa Townhouses Aldevinco also developed a complementary array of townhouses within LGV, each kind blending with the themed subdivision. Zinnia Townhomes, located along Zinnia Drive, is a one-hectare development of 38 high quality ready-built townhouses.
This project was the first townhomes project of its kind introduced in the city. Another project is the Garden Villas, a 4,897-sq.m. upscale development of 14 single-detached homes. All 14 units were sold in 7 months time.
These townhomes projects are the first in the city, which offer complete sports and leisure facilities, i.e. amenities of the Ladislawa Country Club, as well as the security, facilities and amenities of the village.
Woodridge Park
Alsons Dev's second residential project (1994-1997) following the successful launching of Ladislawa Garden Village, this 42-hectare project is another first for the company and for Davao City, being the City's first nature-themed subdivision. To date, 100 percent of its lots are sold.
Featuring the same first-class community facilities that has become LGV's standard of quality, Woodridge showcases a distinct blend of the best community and recreational facilities with a strong natural landscape theme.

Woodridge Townhouse
Woodridge also has the same upscale townhouse developments within its perimeter, the Woodridge Park Homes. This is an 11,298-sq.m. project of 44 single-detached units, clustered into 3 groups, each with its own nature design themes: North Forest Parkhomes -- A 2,700-sqm development, composed of 13 units, which construction ended in late 1997; Narra Parkhomes -- A 3,060-sqm project of 5 units located along Narra Lane, which construction ended in early 1998; Acacia Parkhomes -- Composed of 26 units, which boasts of Acacia trees surrounding its cluster.

* Aldevinco Shopping Center
Alsons Dev owns and manages a number of selected residential and commercial properties in Davao City, one of which is the Aldevinco Shopping Center, a landmark of the city's poblcaion for 40 years.
Showcasing Mindanao's heritage, it displays a colorful array of ethnic products, which transformed the shopping center into a premier tourist attraction. It currently houses over 100 shops, most of which are operated by the second generation descendants of the original tenants.

1 Ladislawa is a commercial/office building located along Ladislawa Avenue, Buhangin, Davao City. It is a 2-storey building with a total leaseable area of 2,510 sq.m. Currently, 1 Ladislawa is 100 percent occupied.
* City Triangle
Located diagonally across the Aldevinco Shopping Center building, the City Triangle is a new compact food retail center, which house food shops, business centers.
It also houses the biggest computer shop in Davao City. Its main attraction is the large center space for common dining which is easily convertible to an entertainment house for festive activities and concerts, product launchings, trade fairs and exhibit.
