Incorporated in 1962, Alsons Development & Investment Corporation (ALSONS DEV) is one of the leading real estate firms operating in Davao City. Since its inception, the company has been at the forefront of the real estate industry in Davao as it provides such landmarks as Tarpesa, Woodridge Park and Ladislawa Garden Village. The Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club, Inc. (ERGCCI) was organized on November 18, 1999 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 9, 1999 under SEC Certificate of Registration A1999-10525.

The ERGCCI was incorporated for the purpose of promoting the social, recreational and athletic activities among its members, the main objective and undertaking of which is the construction, development and maintenance of golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools and other indoor and outdoor related sports and recreational facilities in General Trias, Province of Cavite.

Kamanga Agro Industrial Development Corporation (KAIEDC) is a subsidiary of Alsons Group that operates the Kamanga Agro-Industrial Economic Zone in Sarangani Province, Philippines.
